Customization Service

Every piece we offer can be made in your choice of species, dimensions and finish. For a fully bespoke commission — a dining table to seat twelve, a wall of built-in shelves, a one-of-one sculpture — tell us the brief.

How it works

1. Brief. Email a sketch, photo or room measurement to care@sgwoodcrafts.com.

2. Quote. We respond within 2 – 3 business days with a fixed price, lead time and material samples.

3. Deposit. 50% at order confirms the slot. We send progress photos at milling, assembly and finishing.

4. Delivery. Final balance before shipment. White-glove delivery and in-home placement are included on commissions over $3,000.

Lead times

Typical custom orders: 6 – 10 weeks. Large bespoke commissions: 10 – 16 weeks.
