Modify or Cancel Order

We know plans change. Here is how to adjust an order after checkout.

Within 24 hours

Reply to your order confirmation email or write to care@sgwoodcrafts.com. We can change the shipping address, swap sizes or cancel the order for a full refund.

After 24 hours, before shipment

In-stock pieces: changes may still be possible if the piece has not been packed. We will confirm by email.

Made-to-order pieces: once the workshop has begun cutting, we cannot cancel, but we can usually adjust finish or hardware if production is still in early stages.

After shipment

Please follow our Refund Policy. We cannot intercept shipments once dispatched.
