Refund policy

Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Custom-made or personalized items and gift cards cannot be returned.

To start a return, email us at info@sgwoodcrafts.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you a prepaid return label to download and print. We cover return shipping costs for items that arrive defective, damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items that are incorrect, damaged or not as described, and for size or finish changes (sale and custom items excluded). Contact us to request a prepaid return label. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship your replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. Partial refunds may apply to items that have been used or are not in their original condition.
