Every SG WoodCrafts piece ships with white-glove handling and full transit insurance. We work with specialist furniture carriers in each destination region.

Timing

  • In-stock items: ship within 3–5 business days.
  • Made-to-order items: 4–8 weeks before dispatch.
  • Transit times: North America 10–18 days · Europe 14–22 days · APAC 12–20 days.

Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and piece volume. Orders over $500 ship free worldwide.

Damage & returns

Inspect your delivery on receipt. Any transit damage must be reported within 48 hours with photos — we'll replace or repair at our cost.
