Free Shipping
We provide free shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum purchase required, and every shipment is fully tracked.
Order Processing Time
Processing duration: orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), as each piece is handcrafted and carefully inspected before it leaves our workshop.
Cut-off time: orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time
After processing, shipping within the United States typically takes 3-7 business days. Total delivery time is approximately 10-17 business days from the order date.
Shipping Methods
We work with reputable carriers such as USPS, FedEx and UPS to make sure your order arrives safely and on time.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries outside the United States for a flat rate of $120 USD per order. International orders are fully tracked. Delivery times vary by destination and are typically longer than domestic delivery. Import duties, customs fees and local taxes are not included in the shipping rate and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number by email within 1-2 business days after your order ships. You can use this number to track your package on our website or on the carrier's website.
Address or Product Changes
Requests to change the shipping address or products must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Processing time may be extended by 1-2 business days if changes are made.
Issues with Tracking Numbers
Tracking numbers may take 1-2 days to update. If your tracking number is still not working 3 business days after you receive it, please contact us for help.
Missing Items
If any items are missing from your package, please report it to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.
Late Deliveries
If your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us within 2 business days for assistance.
